You can setup autopay through our web portal after you create your online account. They run on the 15th of each month. You can select to receive notifications when your card is processed, declined or expiring.

You print invoices and send out e-invoices (for those enrolled) on the last business day of the month. You bill is due on the 15th of each month.

Yes, the fee for a second container is $14.50/month. We charge a $20 delivery fee if you can't pick up container.
Yes, please call our office at 928.428.0830 to get on our repair schedule. We can replace broken lids and wheels. If your container has a large crack due to normal wear and tear, we will swap it out. We charge a $75.00 replacement fee for lost or stolen containers.
Please call our office to schedule a roll-off delivery. We will need a 3-4 day notice prior to delivery date. A signed liability waiver is required prior to delivery. Please download the form HERE and email back to us at ar@vistarecycingling.com. If you wish to receive the waiver via DocuSign, please request this by email.
We require a pre-payment because we cannot quote an exact price. The pricing is determined by the number of dumps and the weight of the material in the box. If your bill does not exceed $500, we will refund your card for the difference.
