Please have your container out by 6:00 am to avoid being missed.
On your day of service, please place your container out so it is easily visible and accessible.
Please make sure that your container lid opens to the street and there is a 4ft clearance around the container. If the can is backwards, it will not be picked up.
Please do not overfill the can. The grippers will squeeze the can causing trash to fall out. It is not the driver’s responsibility to get out and pick up the spilled trash.
If you have extra trash, please call the office beforehand, so we can charge you accordingly and notify the driver. Otherwise, extra trash will not be dumped.
If your can is knocked over, please pick up as it is not the drivers responsibility. Otherwise, your can will not be dumped.
